Our student residence, called EURO RESIDENCE, is located at 13 rue du Professeur Joseph Rousselot in Caen, capital of Calvados (14) and headquarters of the Urban Community Caen La Mer.

 

Caen, the cultural and intellectual capital of Normandy, is a very pleasant city to study and have fun thanks to its arthouse cinemas, theaters, music festivals, regular exhibitions (French agglomeration most endowed with cultural facilities in relation to the number of inhabitants).

 

Our student accommodation, in the heart of the University, in the immediate vicinity of campus 5 (Medicine, Pharmacy, Normandy School of Management – EMN), campus 4 (IAE, Economics) and campus 2 (IUT, ENSICAEN, ESITC, sciences, STAPS), have direct access to the tramway and other public transport. The Côte de Nacre shopping center is 5 minutes away.

 

The EURO RESIDENCE has many assets for the success of your studies: 56 individual or shared accommodations are available, from studios to 3 rooms, with an area of 20 to 57 m² with private parking.

 

Students find themselves in a secure structure and benefit from a varied range of services: intercom, guard housed in the residence, work rooms, laundry.

 

The Residence is open to students from all over the world and to young professionals in internship or work-study programs.

The Residence consists of a building with 56 dwellings:

34 One-room flats (T1 = 1 person per apartment)
11 Two-room flats (T2 = 2 people per apartment)
11 Three-room flats (T3 = 3 people per apartment)

Apartments have an average surface area between 20 m² (studio) and 57 m² (T3).

These apartments are the subject of an accord with the state and thus give tenants the right to apply for the housing benefit (APL).
The Family Allowance Office attributes this help according to the size-cost of the flat and financial resources, whatever the marital status of the tenant.
